Les différents types de commandes : « standard » et « dérogatoire »
Commandes standard : Elles sont restituées en noir et correspondent à des commandes :
- dont le montant ou le poids ne dépassent pas les seuils d’alerte définis au niveau du client ou du magasin
- et/ou qui ne sont pas « urgentes » (au-delà du cut off standard du transporteur),
- et/ou qui ne sont pas « exceptionnelles » (livraison demandée pour un samedi, un dimanche ou un jour férié),
Commandes dérogatoires : Elles sont restituées en rouge avec la colonne « Alerte » indiquée à « Oui » et correspondent à des commandes :
- dépassant les seuils d’alerte
- et/ou urgentes
- et/ou exceptionnelles
Description de l’écran de synthèse
Cet écran liste :
- dans le pavé du haut, les commandes à valider c'est-à-dire :
- toutes les commandes saisies par des « Utilisateurs magasin » « non valideurs »
- toutes les commandes saisies par des « Utilisateurs magasin » « valideurs » supérieures au seuil d’alerte défini, ceci sur l’ensemble des magasins auxquels est rattaché le Gestionnaire connecté,
